Close to so many amenities. It does however sit far enough off the road that you can escape the road noise.

This place is also perfect if you have your boat. Easy parking. For those of you traveling on a bike you can pull right up underneath the carport and your bike will be parked on concrete.

This is a quaint little house I remodeled. Nothing extra fancy but plenty comfortable.

THE SPACE

3 bedrooms. Master has a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen. Third bedroom has 2 twins. There is only 1 bathroom in this house. Bathroom has double vanity with tub and shower combo. Dinning table that seats 6. Bar seats 3. Full size washer dryer. Outdoor space includes a large yard, hot tub, gas grill, plenty of comfy seating. Fire pit as well.
